Welcome to Cineflix. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Cineflix website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using Cineflix, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Platform.

  • If you are under 18, you confirm that you are using the Platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Nature of Services

Cineflix is an OTT (Over-The-Top) digital streaming platform providing access to original digital content including films, series, and videos.

The Platform may be updated, modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

4. Content Ownership & Usage

  • All content available on Cineflix is self-produced and owned by CINEFLIX INDIA, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  • All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, logos, and content, are reserved.

❌ Users are strictly prohibited from:

  • Downloading, copying, recording, reproducing, redistributing, or modifying any content

  • Using content for commercial purposes without written permission

Violation may result in account termination and legal action.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful or prohibited purpose

  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the Platform

  • Upload or transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal material

  • Misrepresent your identity or misuse the Platform

6. Subscription & Payments

  • Cineflix may offer free and/or paid subscription plans.

  • Pricing, features, and availability of plans will be displayed on the Platform.

  • Payments (if applicable) are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.

  • Cineflix does not store card, bank, or UPI details.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

Subscription fees, once paid, are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.

Cineflix reserves the right to modify or discontinue subscription plans at any time.

8. Platform Availability

While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, Cineflix does not guarantee:

  • Continuous availability

  • Error-free streaming

  • Compatibility with all devices or networks

Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

9. Third-Party Services

The Platform may include links or integrations with third-party services. Cineflix is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of such third parties.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Cineflix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Use of the Platform is at your own risk

11. Termination

Cineflix reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access without notice if these Terms are violated or if required by law.

12. Changes to Terms

Cineflix may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maharashtra, India.
