This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all users of Cineflix, an OTT digital streaming platform owned and operated by CINEFLIX INDIA.

1. Subscription Services

Cineflix may offer free and/or paid subscription plans from time to time.
All details related to pricing, duration, and features of subscription plans are displayed on the Platform.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account or by contacting support.

  • Cancellation will stop future billing cycles.

  • Access to the subscribed content will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

3. Refund Policy

  • All subscription fees paid are non-refundable, once the payment is successfully processed.

  • No refunds will be provided for:

    • Partial usage of a subscription period

    • Non-usage of the service after purchase

    • Accidental or mistaken purchases

Refunds will only be issued if:

  • A payment is deducted multiple times due to a technical error

  • A transaction fails but the amount is debited

  • Refund is required by applicable law or regulatory authority

In such cases, users must contact support with valid transaction details.

4. Processing of Approved Refunds

  • Approved refunds (if any) will be processed through the original mode of payment.

  • Refund timelines depend on the payment gateway and banking partner and may take 5–10 working days.

5. Free Content

If Cineflix offers free content or free trial access, no refund or cancellation shall apply to such services.

6. Changes to This Policy

Cineflix reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.
Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform.
