Your Right to Data Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of:

  • Your account information

  • Personal details such as name, email address, and phone number

  • Usage-related data associated with your account

This request will be handled in accordance with applicable Indian laws and regulations.

How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your data, please follow the steps below:

  1. Send an email to info@cineflix.in

  2. Use the subject line: “Data Deletion Request – Cineflix”

  3. Include the following details in your email:

    • Registered email address or phone number

    • Username (if applicable)

    • Clear request for deletion of your personal data

Verification Process

For security reasons, we may verify your identity before processing the deletion request to prevent unauthorized access or misuse.

Processing Time

  • Valid data deletion requests will be processed within 7–14 working days.

  • Once deleted, your account and associated data cannot be recovered.

Data Retention Exceptions

Please note that certain information may be retained if:

  • Required to comply with legal or regulatory obligations

  • Necessary for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement of legal rights

Such data will be securely stored and not used for any other purpose.

Effect of Data Deletion

  • Your Cineflix account will be permanently deleted

  • You will lose access to all services and content

  • Any active subscriptions (if applicable) will be terminated without refund
