**Refund and Cancellation Policy**

Thank you for using **CineFlix**, operated by **CineFlix India**. Please read this Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before making any purchase or subscription on our platform.

### 1. No Refund Policy
All payments made for **subscriptions, rentals, or purchases** on CineFlix are **final and non-refundable**.  
Once a transaction is completed, CineFlix will **not issue any refund** for:
- Subscription plans (monthly, quarterly, or annual)  
- Pay-per-view content  
- Accidental or duplicate purchases  
- Unused or partially used subscriptions  

This policy applies to all payment methods, including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, or digital wallets.

### 2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your CineFlix subscription at any time through your account settings or app store (Google Play, Apple App Store, etc.).  
However:
- Cancellation will only stop **future renewals**.  
- You will continue to have access until your current billing period ends.  
- No partial refunds will be provided for unused days.

### 3. Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or experience a billing issue, please contact us within **7 days** of the transaction. We will review your request and respond promptly.

### 4. Service Issues
If a purchased movie, series, or video fails to play due to a technical problem, you may contact **CineFlix Support**. We may offer a **content replacement or streaming credit** at our sole discretion — not a cash refund.
