At **CineFlix India** (“CineFlix,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we respect your right to manage your personal information. This **Account Cancellation & Data Deletion Policy** explains how you can close your CineFlix account and request deletion of your personal data.

### 1. Account Cancellation
1.1 You may cancel your CineFlix account at any time via:
- The **app settings** in your CineFlix mobile app
- Your **account dashboard** on the CineFlix website
- By contacting **CineFlix Support** at **info@cineflix.in**
1.2 After cancellation:
- Your account will be **deactivated immediately**.
- You will lose access to all paid content, subscriptions, playlists, and user data.
- Any **active subscriptions** will not be refunded, in accordance with our non-refund policy.
1.3 Cancellation will prevent **future billing or auto-renewals**, but does not retroactively refund prior payments.

### 2. Data Deletion Request
2.1 You may request deletion of your personal data by sending a written request to **info@cineflix.in** with:
- Full name and registered email/phone
- Account ID (if available)
- Subject line: “Data Deletion Request”
2.2 Upon verification, CineFlix will:
- Permanently delete your personal information from our systems
- Remove your account, preferences, and activity history
- Delete data from third-party services where feasible, such as analytics providers
2.3 Please note:
- Some information may be retained to comply with **legal obligations**, prevent fraud, or resolve disputes.
- Deleted accounts **cannot be restored**. You will need to register again to use CineFlix.
